About Our Preschool

Purpose
First Lutheran Preschool provides young children with a fun Christian learning environment with an emphasis on kindergarten readiness. Our program provides the opportunity for your child to develop their spiritual, physical, emotional, cognitive, and social skills.
Philosophy
The church has a unique opportunity for educational ministry outside the child's home. First Lutheran Preschool is an environment rich in learning potential where young children have meaningful interaction with their peers and objective adults.
Curriculum
First Lutheran Preschool strives to meet each child's needs, and develop each one's special gifts. Children are able to enjoy many engaging activities that are incorporated into our "Letter of the Week" themes. Independence, self-motivation, and honesty are behaviors that are encouraged in the classroom.

Admission Policy
First Lutheran Preschool is open to all children from the community on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee per year per child.
Children are required to be:
- Toilet trained
- 3, 4, or 5 years old before September 1
